The Processor is authorized and has the right to process your personal data only for the purposes and within the scope specified in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data may only be processed in Estonia, a Member State of the European Union (EU), or a signatory to the European Economic Area Agreement (EEA). The Processor processes the entrusted Personal Data in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Processor: a. Applies technical and organizational measures required by law, especially in terms of the security of personal data processing; b. Implements measures ensuring: i) the ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services; ii) the ability to restore the availability of personal data and access to them in the event of a physical or technical incident; iii) regular testing, assessing, and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to ensure processing security. c. Implements personal data security measures not lower than those applied by us. The Processor may change, delete, or block processed Personal Data only upon our instruction. If the individual to whom the Personal Data pertains directly contacts the Processor to change or delete their Personal Data, the Processor promptly, no later than 5 working days, forwards such request to us. The Processor shall not process Personal Data for purposes other than fulfilling the obligations specified in the Privacy Policy. The Processor may not disclose Personal Data to third parties. The Processor is liable to the individual to whom the Personal Data pertains for any damages they may suffer as a result of the actions and omissions of the Processor.
