Netcorp was founded in 2011 with the goal to make quality outsourcing and nearshoring available for growth companies.
From the beginning we have lived up to the highest standards in code-quality, punctuality in deadlines, being pro-active and having great communication.

Our team
Most of our team members have over 5 years of experience in their field of expertise. We have one of the lowest retention rates in the region and a good 20-30% annual growth rate.
Capacity
We are developers, architects, testers, analysts, PMs, scrum masters and UI/UX designers. Over 250 top specialists working in Poland and Estonia believe in our values and way of servicing clients. In addition we have a group of verified subcontractors with a total pool of 3000 software engineers.
Communication
All our people are proficient in English and we even have project coordinators in our teams who are fluent in Norwegian and Finnish. All our team members have been given a proper “Scandinavian” communication training so that the projects go smoothly and in a transparent manner.

Netcorp is one of the main sponsors of one of the most innovative Sports support systems in Europe – Youth to Olympics Foundation.
Sihtasutus Noored Olümpiale / Youth to Olympics Foundation is the biggest private sports support systems in Estonia. Youth to Olympics Foundation for was made for young athletes whos dream is to become an Olympic athlete.
The support system bridges the gap between the junior competition class and professional sports. The support system consists of scholarships for full Olympic cycle and training which focuses on mindset coaching and how to build a strong brand for a young athlete.
The Foundation is funded by private supporters donations only and today offers full scholarships to several Estonian perspective athletes.
